Eligibility: You may request a refund within 7 days of receiving the product if it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Proof required: Clear photos or videos must be provided as evidence.

Refund method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.

Non-refundable: Items damaged by misuse, normal wear and tear, or delays caused by customs are not eligible for refunds.
Example: If you ordered a watch and it arrived with a broken strap, send us photos within 7 days, and we will process your refund or replacement.
